"Shipping made it a hassle"
The product itself was good, but the shipping cost was way too much. By the time I got to checkout, it felt like I had to do extra work just to figure out if it was even worth buying, and it kind of ruined the deal for me.

"Super easy to use tbh"
I used drygoodsusa.com on my phone and it was easy to get around. Found what I needed fast, pages loaded without any lag, and checkout was simple. Also no annoying popups, which is a big win lol. I’d def use it again

"Order was mostly right"
My order was mostly fine, but one item was wrong. From the way everything was packed, I’m guessing it was probably just a mix-up during a busy shift. Not a huge deal, since the rest of it was correct.

"Nice sale, shipping was about what I expected"
I grabbed a few things during a sale and ended up saving a little, which was nice. The order showed up in good shape, and shipping was pretty much what I expected—not super fast, but not bad either. I just wish the promo codes worked more often because that would make it feel like a better deal overall

When I first opened it, I thought it looked really nice and well made. The only downside for me was the fit, it ran smaller than I expected, so I’d probably size up next time.

"Nice fabric, just not 100% perfct"
I liked the fabric overall, it feels sturdy but still nice to touch. The colors were close to what I expected too, so that was a plus. Shipping was fine, nothing super fast but not bad either. Not totally perfect, but I’m happy with it for the most part...

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered from drygoodsusa.com and the item showed up just like it was described on the site. The size was right, the color matched the photos, and the material felt about how I expected from the listing. Even the little details were accurate, which was nice. No odd surprises when I opened the package. I’d buy from them again.

"I had to swap a shirt for a..."
I had to swap a shirt for a different size, and it was way easier than I thought it would be. Maybe I’m just used to returns being a hassle, but the label came through quickly and the new size showed up faster than I expected. I was kind of wondering if I’d missed something because it all went so smoothly. No drama at all, which I definitely appreciate

"Pretty good stuff, happy with it"
I grabbed a couple things from drygoodsusa.com and the quality was a bit better than I was expecting. The fabric feels nice, not like that cheap scratchy stuff, and the stitching looks solid too.
One of the items was a little thinner than I pictured, but it’s still totally wearable and looks fine. Overall I’m happy with the order and I’d prob buy from them again...

"Shipping Took FOREVER"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping was SO slow. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. i’m not sure I’d order again after that.

"Pretty good style selection overall"
I thought the style selection was nice overall. There’s a decent variety to choose from, which I appreciated, always a plus when you don’t feel stuck with just a few options.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I reached out to support with what felt like a simple question, but it took them days to reply. When they finally got back to me, it was basically along the lines of, "Thanks for your patience, we're looking into it," which didn’t really help much after waiting that long. The answer itself was fine, just frustratingly slow.

"Still holding up great"
This stuff is tough. I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s still holding up great, which surprised me a bit. I keep thinking it’ll start showing wear, but nope, still going strong

"Cute finds and super nice staff"
Popped into Dry Goods while I was already at the mall and had a nice little visit. The girls working there were really sweet and helpful, but not all over me, which I appreciate lol. I ended up finding a cute sweater and a dress on sale, so that was a win. Fitting rooms were clean too, which always matters. I'd def shop there again.

"Felt like I paid too much for nothing special"
I kind of felt ripped off. The prices were higher than I expected, and for what I ended up getting, the quality was just okay at best. Maybe I was hoping for too much, but it’s frustrating when you spend your money and feel like you’re the one who got the short end of the deal.

"Packaging held up well"
The box showed up in good shape overall. One corner was a little softened and there was a small crease along the side flap, but nothing was actually damaged inside. The tape was still sealed cleanly, which I always notice, so I’d say the packaging did its job.

"Refund took longer than it should"
I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my refund, that feels way too long. I get that processing can take a few days, but at some point common sense says it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle
